Act in Kind shall and will remain the sole owner of all the names, trademarks, designs, images, logos and graphics that appear on its site. All content made available on the site is strictly for your non-commercial use.

Although Act in Kind strives to maintain the most accurate and up to date information, it can by no means be held responsible for any inaccuracies.

Act in Kind is not liable for the material on third party merchant websites, or for any goods, information or services supplied through or in connection with them. Act in Kind is in no way responsible for refunds or exchanges sold through retailers under the Act in Kind logo. Any exchanges or refunds must be made with the retailer and are subject to their terms and agreements.

Act in Kind allows you to donate to the various projects on its site. Although Act in Kind stipulates what part of the project the donations go to, this is not a guarantee.

All donations made through Act in Kind are 100% transferred to the projects displayed on the website.

Donations are not instantaneous, but are rather grouped to avoid high bank fees and to facilitate the process.

While we try to ensure that the service is available 24 hours, we are not liable if for any reason the website is not available.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time with no given notice.
